Opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Executive to join a growing company who are manufacturers of Electrical and Mechanical components. They sell into a wide range of industry and OEMS
The role of Business Development Executive will be to further drive business forward for the company. You will be tasked with calling a range of smaller existing, lapsed and brand new companies to gain new business and then grow and develop these accounts, performing marketing activities. Full product training will be given and you have a range of technical expertise in the company at your disposal.
To be considered for this role you must have experience in outbound calling in order to win new business. This is a very consultative type sale. where you need to ask the customers lots of questions in order to ascertain a need, so you should be comfortable with this type of selling process. You don’t have to be from the electrical or mechanical industry but you do need to be able to take on the technical training in order to sell the company’s products, as mentioned before you will have all of the technical help you need from the engineers. You should be articulate and highly motivated and be willing to work as a team player.
