They are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager with experience of selling janitorial supplies, catering or office supplies to join their team. LOCATION: Candidates can live anywhere in the Southeast, but emphasis would be locations close to the M25, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Essex, Hertfordshire. You would cover a patch local to you, depending on your location. You will work from home when not visiting clients and visit the office once a week/fortnight.
SALARY: Circa £35,000 as a basic salary with an OTE of approximately £55,000 which is completely uncapped and designed to reward new business, and growth of accounts. You will also receive a fully expensed company car, mobile, laptop and 20 days holiday.
You will be selling a wide range of janitorial supplies, cleaning chemicals, cleaning equipment and catering disposables to a whole host of end users. This could be hotels, offices, schools, colleges, cleaning companies, contract caterers as well as the leisure industry.
The role of Area Sales Manager/Territory Sales Manager is that of new business and account management, you will inherit some accounts to manage, whilst being targeted on developing new business. You will generate your own appointments, open accounts and grow these in order to generate revenue.
Successful candidates must have at least 2 years field sales experience having worked as an Area Sales Manager, ideally from the janitorial supplies or office supplies industry. If this vacancy, please apply ASAP.
